In short
In February 2025, SmoothViews produced and live-streamed the finals of Logitech's Video Installation World Cup at Edifici Llotja in Barcelona, working with a local crew. AV installation teams from across Europe raced to install a full Logitech meeting room. The Swedish team won with an install time of about 20 minutes, and more than 600 people watched the live stream.

Turning a reseller network into a competition
The World Cup gives Logitech's installer partners a reason to train, compete and show off. The live stream takes the final to partners and installers who can't be in the room, and the films afterwards keep it going on social media and in presentations long after the night.
Before, during and after
We started weeks ahead, with teasers featuring teams from Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen. On the day we ran the live stream and filmed the event with a local Barcelona crew. Afterwards we cut a film about the winning team, short videos for each team and a 30-second TikTok edit.
Resultat
600+ viewers on the live stream.
A Swedish win, in about 20 minutes.

Can you live-stream an event outside Sweden?
Yes. We bring our own core crew from Stockholm and work with local crews for the rest, as we did in Barcelona.
What does a large off-site live stream cost?
