In short
In February 2026, SmoothViews produced the live stream of Logitech's Video Installation World Cup in Barcelona. Ten AV installation teams from across Europe raced to install a complete Logitech meeting room. Italian team N&C won in 15 minutes 41 seconds, and more than 500 people watched the stream. Our crew of three came from our Stockholm studio and worked with local contractors for sound, screens and lighting.

A competition built like a show
The format is simple and that's why it works. Every team gets the same Logitech meeting room to install, the clock runs, and the fastest clean install wins. Teams, stages and a timer give viewers something to follow, and the "World Cup" name turns a technical job into a race people want to watch. It also repeats, so every edition builds on the last.
Running a live stream far from home
Three of us came from our Stockholm studio with the core kit and set up from 3 February. Sound, screens and lighting came from local contractors in Barcelona. Before the event we made two teasers: signed-up teams inviting people to watch, and a call for new teams to enter.
